No. You can make an appointment without a referral. You can pay privately or you can use a private health fund. You may be eligible for a referral from your GP. This is called a Chronic Management Plan and this will allow you to claim part of your fee through medicare. Your GP will be able to tell you if you are eligible for this.

We offer face to face appointments and also offer appointments via phone and telehealth. Telehealth make our services available to people in remote or regional areas and offers flexibility if you are unwell or unable to make your appointment face to face.

Yes. We are registered with NDIS to see clients who are plan or self managed. Please phone our office to make an appointment if you would like to use NDIS funding.
